Lapis Lazuli

Lapis Lazuli is a deep blue stone that has been prized since antiquity. It has been associated with royalty and deities.

In Tibetan Buddhism, the color lapis blue is associated with the Medicine Buddha.

Esoterically, this stone is thought to be a protective stone that blocks psychic attack, reverse curses, and harmonizes the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. It is also said to reveal inner truth, encourage self-expression, and help to release repressed anger. It also helps to confront and accept truth. _[1]

12/16/22- I was listening to a Blue Tara mantra, and in my minds eye I saw a lapis lazuli stone. Blue Tara is the form of Cosmic Mother who defends, removes blockages, and transmutes anger. She represents the present, and she removes obstacles in our path to freedom._[2]
