Boundaries

I found myself annoyed by a pushy person who seemed to think that I was immediately supposed to drop what I was doing and tend to their crisis. I did not want to participate in any energy-draining dynamics, so I stated my boundaries and let it go. My goal was to maintain peace and harmony within myself.

Later on I wished that I had a poster of personal boundaries to stick on my door. I envisioned the colors, tone, and vibration and decided to create it myself.

I have a right to personal space and privacy.

I have a right to say no, and my no means no.

I have the right to be treated respectfully.

I have the right to express my feelings, opinions, and desires.

I have the right to take time for myself.

I have the right to set my own priorities.

I have the right to protect myself from being threatened in any way.

I have the right to own my sanity and to choose wholeness.

I have the right to self-determine and command my space in Cosmic Sovereign Law.
